I have been working with Mike for about two years now. I have been working with him on putting muscle mass, and just this summer we leaned him out and got him ready for a competition. Mike is very dense and filled out. We leaned him out about 40lbs in 3 months and the final result is what you see. Mike had tried out a fitness show, and we decided that he would make a much better bodybuilder and I am sure he is going to do well.

I will continue to work with Mike on his nutrition and contest prep for his upcoming shows.
